Rosh Hashanah- may sound like another one of those weird words you may hear in the church if you’ve stuck around long enough. If you have any interest in Jewish customs and heritage then it should be nothing new to you. What is Rosh Hashanah? According to the timeline of the Jewish calender, we will be in the last month of the year. Since much of the ongoings of the spiritual climate align with God’s time table of the Jewish calendar, it is notable to understand that it is a time designated for prayer, self introspection, and repentance. Many see it as a time of purification and preparation for the coming year.
